Ayurvedic consultation

Ayurvedic Consultation:  During a personal consultation, I work with clients to analyze his or her unique Ayurvedic constitution(Prakriti), determine any imbalance in the three biological rhythms/forces according to Ayurveda (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and educate client in Ayurvedic living. This 1 hour consultation involves an extensive interview for taking a health history and making an assessment of one's constitution (Prakuriti and Vikriti), including pulse and tongue analysis. Once the assessment is established,  I will give detailed dietary guidelines and possible recommendations for herbs and other Ayurvedic therapies.
